Welcome Hugo Ralphsmith

Needs to improve his kicking (it's very poor); needs to improve his decision making (too slow - may improve with experience); needs to be hard at the contest all the time.

Has potential, but with the above deficiencies, it's in his court. Improve and be a consistent AFL player or don't (and we know how that'll end).

He gets there and wins contests when out of position. That is unusual.

He gets off the chain and that’s when we need him to very sound in his judgement.

I like him.

Just HAS to improve his kicking, otherwise agree.

looks like an AFL player
just we are a Top 8 side littered with premiership players so not easy to crack
Hugo , please stick with it

I like what he brings to the game overall. Sure he makes mistakes but is still learning the game and I like the chaos he causes in the opponents game

Agree, a 20 year old who has only played 15 games - ave nearly 15 disposals and kicked 5 goals over his 9 games this year I reckon is a fair effort - I would like him to continue to get more games this year.

He's gonna be huge next year through another pre-season.

Can't question his endeavour, he has plenty of scope.

He's like a young colt, not suggesting we geld him though.

When the game is hot, he is involved. I like that

Sure he makes errors but he's young.

He doesn't disappear under pressure like say a Dangerfield or a Rohan type.

He's 188/85. That's a big small. Leysy-approved arse. Runs. Goes again. Improves. Some rough edges but a lot to work with.

and the big one for me, hits contests hard, and wins more than his fair share.
