I must admit I haven't bought any online for awhile now but went through a stage where I was buying quite a few through ebay.
Was paying a lot less than shop price and most of them were brand new - some 2nd hand but never had any problems.
Keep an eye on shop catalogues too as Big W will sometimes have new games marked down a little bit when they first come out.
Problem is most gamers want the new games as soon as they come out - if they can wait the price will come down, but unfortunately they want it and want it now!

They are pretty good with that and in the item description will tell you if its not english
