We play Footscray or Port at......Port in the QF. Not sure how that team gets home games in the finals no matter where they finished in the top 8......or am I feeling Salty.

Btw, I reckon if you built a robot and programmed it to kick a football, the robot would kick exactly like Garthwaite. He has the most mechanical kicking style I have ever seen.

Did well for a guy who was under siege for three quarters.

Not sure what his role is down there but it's not doing him any favours re getting his spot back.

He was never a backman. His strength was always running u and down blocking those spaces. He's a poor man on man defender, he can't read the ball to get in right positions for intercepts and he is quite a poor tackler. And most importantly he is a poor decision-maker and disposer which is critical under pressure in the back line. There's no immediate spot for him in the 1s and hard to know with younger players coming up over the next couple of years how he gets back in. I never really understood the 2 year extension.

Was a crazy finish. We could have actually ended up much further ahead, there were two posters and one just wrong side of the post in the last few minutes as well.

I don't know why they don't play all the finals at Princess Park. It's not as if Carlton will ever need it in September.
