On the in the backs, as always my take is a bit different. I'd like to look at all of them again but my overriding feeling watching live was our tackling technique is *smile*. We go too high far too often and almost always fail to turn the player in the tackle and end up landing right on top of them.

Bit hard to turn a player like Adam Louganis when he crumples at the knees n dives forward every time he's grabbed from behind.
Thought the plane trees along St Kilda road had started shedding early this year. *smile* autumn leaves dropping everywhere.

I hate all the staging/playing for frees that has crept into our game over the last ten years or so. It's why I could never watch soccor and why I prefer the NRL these days.

Watching a boy run around tonight who i have seen play since Auskick and to be honest it's embarassing watching him put more of his effort into tricking the umpire than actually putting his head over the ball. Sad.
