Been poor since the Crows game.

Will need to be a lot better for us to impact on finals.

Poor game from the skipper. Typified by an effort in the last quarter when he should have picked it up but kicked off the ground straight to a Dogs player which resulted in a goal.

Had more ice on him than a snake valley bandido after the game.

He’s probably sorer than we’ve been told. If that’s the case not sure why he played. He couldn’t play in his usual manner today.

Not playing today would have meant 3 weeks between games because of the bye. 3 weeks is too long a break

This doesn’t surprise me, hasn’t been the same since he knocked his knee against the Crows a while back.

Hopefully another break does him some good.

Looks awful. Poor bloke is moving at about half pace.

Sure there is a strategy but right now not seeing it.

53% game time at the Gold Coast, week off and again looking like he needs a few weeks off.

I love the Chimp, if he can have a impact and lead us to a flag, his legacy is set.

He first hurt his knee against collingwood when he hit the post but then seem to twist the same leg against the crows and he has been struggling ever since.
Hopefully he can have a impact in September

Yep, hasn't looked right for a good while. the 53% game time in GC is telling.

Not sure point of playing him today. We've shown we can present players first up from a spell in great form.

Maintain the GC game was a terrible decision. Nothing game we were always going to win and should’ve parked him up. Would’ve given him two weeks rest with the refresh today.

If Cotchin is the same in 2 weeks time i would suggest not to play him , What he produced today was not upto scratch and will be a liability against the Hawks

Lambert , Butler , Lloyd one will come into the team when we play Hawthorn

You’re not saying we should drop Cotchin for Lloyd are you..?

Please, if they didn't rest him for the Suns game they aren't 'resting' him against the Hawks. Hopefully the week off helps him back to full fitness.

Not sure Cotch will get back to full fitness before the season is over.
He's carrying a significant injury.
Will most likely play in the finals with a few jabs to get him through, plus spend more time up forward than in the middle of the ground.
