Training For Redemption in 2022

Was this on the news? Anyone see the report?

No that play was not on there, it was decent coverage though as it covered potential captaincy and they were talking to Graham, also some comment on Dimma being back and quite a few shots of the boys at training and of course Dusty got a look in.

Ch 10 news speaking to future captain Jacky G getting asked about captaincy who said he'd be honoured. Verdict at end of January but I reckon he'll get it.

This would be a mistake. Was in and out of team as recently as this year.

Just give it to Dusty or Grub and be done with it.

The longer it goes on, i would expect Dusty or Jack to be front runners.
Then BigV, then Grimes, then Graham.
Dusty gets my vote

Open pre xmas training session dec 9th 4pm.
Miss the days mingling with the players.
Everything now days will be done with distance.

I think thats just related to George
Its funny that George is the butt of every joke on here.
But if not for George, Bulter, Rioli we would still be that shitfull Fitzroy like football club.
He turned the style of play to make us unstoppable front half team
And the last time i checked Castagna is a 3 time premiership player.
Ok Mr Posh Spice

I think most of the jokes at George's expense are in good fun and not meant to be nasty or anything.

You're right Zips, 3 time premiership player, so must be doing something right.

That said, he's a bit like a Lucky Dip. You never know what you're going to get

Doubt we're that bad zip. Fitzroy? :mhihi

We need to see more of this including getting into the game and banging the goals consistently.

My comment mentioned George not due to him but for your love of him.

DA joked you had an intervention order and I indicated that George has it against you. Probably wasn't as funny as it was in my head :D

Ps. I love George and defend him on here more than most do.

Technically I didn’t say Zips had an intervention order against him. ;)

PS. I love George and taking the *smile* too

Anyone know when they break up for Xmas and return after NY? always seems they just get back then go on holidays again..

For our case given last 4-7 years I’m guessing the break is welcome relief to recharge fully.

Training Monday 6th:

Saw all I needed to see today Shai returning in MINT condition :clap2

Another positive that Soldo was a late appearance and doing some running in rehab and looked ok.

Dow ran really well in the repeat, (225m?) shuttles giving Kmac a run for his money. The big surprise was that Junior performed pretty well in these. On the last rep, Stacky beat the skip home ;)

Samson Ryan really skillful in one of the circuit drills nailing every pass albeit not under pressure. Why do I bother mentioning this? because whilst he was hitting others were missing in the windy conditions.

Riley, last off the track, continues too seek and receive individual instruction from the coaches, everything I am seeing I am liking, the effort is certainly there.

Not present: Drioli, JR8, Will Martyn

Jack Graham was a bystander and still yet to join in main group training.

Have a bit of reporting fatigue, this will have to do you.

Cheers
Shai welcome back!!!.jpg
