Training For 2023

Seniors card process different in each state & Territory

Yeah, cause being old in wodonga is heaps different to being old in Albury. And theres no similarities at all in the aging process between tweed heads and coolangatta

Happy B'Day caesar

Not sure if you're attending training much these days, but is Gibcus training close to full-on?
Heard the club said he has an important scan within 2 weeks' time, next week by memory. if he gets the all-clear could well ramp up his training loads.

What's your taker? is he training above only doing laps? any contact training?

You are a sneaky bugger @taztiger4 , how do i apply for my seniors card?, you would know ;) :)
LOL, unlike your good self, I am still a working man :)

In saying that I do love your training reports & I do recall saying on here some time ago, that if you ever got another job or a wife , I would *smile* throw up !

A hamstring surgery conducted on January 18, has kept him out the entire year.

Think about that.

I’m told for the first time in history the pub on both Corners of caesars street had to call the cops to get the neighbours to quiet down

Is there any precedent for a season long hammy to a 20yo?

Did they graft with hummingbird tendon?
