No idea as to who we have in charge of clearances, entries inside 50 and forward structure; but these have been our failure all season. Time for the assistant coaches in charge of these areas to go

Head coach still thinks it a turnover game (which it isn’t) - until he values clearance/stoppage nothing will change.

Clarko and Bucks?

they could help us work on a 3 week succession plan,

to hand over to Kane Lambert in 2028

There’s been a big drain at Punt Road. Rutten, Leppitsch, McRae, Balme playing less of a role. None have really been replaced apart from bringing in Kingsley (who may get the Collingwood job).

Definitely need some fresh blood, bar Kingsley it’s a pretty inexperienced assistant coaching panel.

COVID and the AFL's push for equalisation has hurt us big time.

We are the biggest club in the land yet we are made to play with the same budget as the minnows like Norf and Carlton.

https://www.richmondfc.com.au/football/afl/coaches - it seems Kingsley is the stoppage coach, & X is the forwards coach...

I believe that is incorrect?, there was a shake up of roles for 2021 refer below:

I'd be getting Kingsley back to stoppages but then who takes defense, (Leppa had that previously of course)

Head coach
Assistant coaches

You'd think McQualter would be under severe scrutiny seeing that the 2 areas he's responsible for are our 2 biggest weaknesses ATM.
