I don’t watch enough of the other teams to really judge , however definitely agree from what I’ve seen, imho Andrews is equal with Grimes as the best in the game

Reasonable argument but Grimes has undoubtedly more runs on the board. IMHO clearly a better player. Both should be in AA side but of course the Richmond player gets snubbed.

I often wonder how much other people have seen when they have such strong opinions on selections.

Seen a lot of DBJ in past years, not so much this one. Frankly I'd rather have Jordy McMahon running the ball out that this muddlehead. Even Port supporters have habitually ripped him.

It seems pretty clear that the selectors just looked at stats after the game and pick the blokes with the most possessions.

That's a very good point Mr B. I've seen every team bar one live this year and probably averaged 5-6 other games each week on TV or replay and I still don't feel fully across all the players in the AA squad and what sort of year they have had.

I don’t need to watch every game to know that Vlastuin is a far superior player than Byrne-Jones.
