Has tasted success at TAC,VFL, & AFL as coach or assistant coach.
St.Kilda poached him from Geelong last year & the Sainters havent lost a game this season, coincidence perhaps ???

Baloo said:I must say that with NM gagging and begging Buckley, Collingwood trying to hedge their bets and possibly out one of the better coaches in the afl to retain their golden child, I think the RFC are coming out of this as the most professional outfit looking for a coach.
No rush, no statements of who we prefer. Just a simple "We have a process, many good applicants, we'll wade through them and see who we think is the best fit for us". It's about the RFC, not the potential coach.
Of course I am choosing to ignore the hacks like tt2 claiming the contract with Bucks has already been signed and we're just pretending to go through a process.
