No ruckman has won since Scotty Wynd, but I give Goldstein a chance to poll more than other ruckman this year.

Only one player NOT selected in the All Australian Team since 1991 has ever won the Brownlow, and given who he was, I hope history doesn't repeat with Cotchin emmulating that feat this year. Next year will be fine ;D

Geelong are cruising to a Grand Final and yet have no players considered as potential winners - yet I think one could win.

Baloo - have you thought of running a sweep for the Brownlow for PYMPS?

Re: Who will win the Brownlow?

I reckon the Juddbot has it sewn up, especially given he polls votes during byes.

Re: Who will win the Brownlow?

For PYMPS it needs to be Cotchin

Re: Who will win the Brownlow?

Judd all the way. Pendles has too much competition. Goodes wasn't dominant early in the season but came home hard but way to late and also played alot forward. Ablett next for mine but being a lwoly side won't get as many voting games. Name your own odds the rest imo.

Re: Who will win the Brownlow?

I went for Pendlebury.

But more important - who'll have the hottest date of the night?

That will also be Pendlebury - Alex Davis.

have a Cotchin total votes 1-18 spread for say $x per spot - winner gets $x PYMPs the rest. You could do the same for Lids maybe - will be about as prominant I reckon. Just an idea is all.

I'm sure it makes sense but I have absolutely no idea about betting and types of bets. But if someone wants to organise it, pymps would be happy to receive.

Last time I walked into a TAB was when Ruby Hassar and Frosty Dawn were winning quinellas in the country meets.

Im banking on him polling 30 and winning it :hihi

Re: Who will win the Brownlow?

lm looking forward to seeing dusty and cotch's odds for the brownlow next year

Re: Who will win the Brownlow?

Murphy has been under the radar. I'm the only one to pick him so far. That $11 looks good value to me.

He's a certainty for two x 3 and perhaps another 4 at best - but yeah it would be nice ;D

I'd be looking to get on Cotchin early, and if he has some average early games in the first few rounds - see it as an investment opportunity ;D

Goodes has a really good shot

Will be surprised if he finishes in the top 5. Had a great last 6 rounds but was having an average season until then. Played forward alot and best bag was 4 goals in the last game and kicked 3 three times. I think his last few games have made him over-priced for the medal.

Re: Who will win the Brownlow?

Surely Judd.

Has 3 votes before the bounce to lose during the actual game.

Media pump him up because they have the memories of a goldfish. Good player and played well towards end of the year but surely not a Brownlow worthy season.

Re: Who will win the Brownlow?

Whilst i think Pendles had the best year i think Judd the love child will win it again. Judd, Pendles and Cox in that order

Re: Who will win the Brownlow?

Judd has had a better season than Last year, and he won it so he will win again.

The umpires just love him :hearton
