Headed to the supermarket to stock up with gels and Cadel Evans bars for the Otway classic ride on Saturday which was more enjoyable than the bounce.

what bike are you using? I've got a Merida 880 for triathlons

Does anyone know if Richo is still doing the boundary riding and after match on ground interviews for 7?

Haven't seen him of late.

I know The Bounce was "Bounced", has Richo been "Bounced" ???
