correct - they would have done their usual "experimentation" with positions and sub 50 interchanges against Freo to make sure they lost that

absolutely, people are in dream land to think otherwise, Melb had a win up their sleeve and it was the freo win, had they beaten us they wouldnt have beaten freo, bailey aint that stupid not when pics 1 and 2 are up for grabs

Exactly, I've heard mutterings from people who know Melbourne players and they know exactly what their coaching staff are doing. The players are still trying to win the games but are chopped and changed out of positions to make sure they fail.....Jordie didn't cost us a #1 draft pick with his winning kick. Melbourne going from 47 interchanges to 98 is an indictment on the game and Dean Bailey should be ashamed of himself.
