sorry, enlighten me.Strange post that misses the point I was making
Met an American nurse in a hospital early in the year and he said he came to Australia last time Trump became president. Said there was no way Trump could win again but if he did he would never go back. I'm sure there are plenty looking at their options.Just hope we don't get a mass influx of disgruntled Americans wanting to move to Australia.
You have posted that 2/3 of the votes for Kamala came from 2 states which is wrong, whether you look at population or electoral college. You don’t admit you are wrong.sorry, enlighten me.
In his previous role as the head of an independent US-based think tank, Mr. Rudd was a regular commentator on American politics.
Out of respect for the office of President of the United States, and following the election of President Trump, Ambassador Rudd has now removed these past commentaries from his personal website and social media channels. This has been done to eliminate the possibility of such comments being misconstrued as reflecting his positions as Ambassador and, by extension, the views of the Australian Government.
Ambassador Rudd looks forward to working with President Trump and his team to continue strengthening the US-Australia alliance.
Pity from an accuracy point of view because his opinions were pretty much correctRudd's not hiding from the posts he made though. He made an announcement that he will be removing them. A bit different to trying to rewrite history
Its all so simple isn't it?The Americans have had 4 years under Trump and 4 years under Biden/Kamala. They obviously think Trump did the better job.
My error was the two thirds rather than about 40 per cent of electoral votes she got from the 2 states. So sorry. On the stereotype comment you make,it works both ways. One could argue the Harris supporter stereotype say those that vote for Trump, just have not been to uni.You have posted that 2/3 of the votes for Kamala came from 2 states which is wrong, whether you look at population or electoral college. You don’t admit you are wrong.
It has been posted that in terms of population the votes she got in those two states and in terms of her electoral college results are basically equivalent. They represent about 35-40% of the population of the states that voted for her and also the electoral college votes she got.
Yet you still argue against what are indeniable facts, they are not opinions they are facts.
That’s the stereotype of the Trump supporter. Even when confronted by facts they still argue against them.
Hence you reinforce the stereotype
All you had to say was “ I was wrong, it was not 2/3 or anywhere near it “.
That’s fine, we are all wrong from time to time. Just admit it.
Total *smile* from start to finish. Pick any paragraph, any sentence, none of it washes. the people who voted for Trump might believe it sure, and people may have used it as the reason for voting Trump sure, but none of it actually stands up to scrutiny. If people have actually used this as a basis to vote Trump, and they probably have, they have used a falsehood as justification. Its all just about the vibe.Revenge of the Silent Male Voter
What I learned about Trump’s landslide victory from one night in New York City.quillette.com
Its a cookers dream. One statement by Trump was to make the U.S. the "crypto capital of the planet."
Wonder how many of his mates are gonna get rich and then get out of the massive ponzi that is crypto
Facts are yesterday Sin. Trump is the greatest president in the history of America. He said so, and the people voted for him, so it must be true. You have posted that 2/3 of the votes for Kamala came from 2 states which is wrong, whether you look at population or electoral college. You don’t admit you are wrong.
