A Partial Lockout will be in effect for the upcoming round 5. This Thursday evening's match between Brisbane and St Kilda will be locked out at 7:45pm - therefore no additional changes can be made to Brisbane and St Kilda players your team after 7:45pm AEST this Thursday evening.

You may continue to edit your team line-up (trades, substitutions) with players involved in the remaining six matches, up until 3:15pm on Saturday April 23rd, when the remaining six games will be locked out. If you select a Captain, Vice Captain or emergency from your Brisbane and St Kilda players, these selections will be locked in and can no longer be changed. If any of these selections are not made from those players, you may continue to edit them from the remaining six matches this long-weekend. Click here to get the full Round 5 Partial Lockout details. Note that a Partial Lockout will also be in effect in Round 6.

With 3 AFL teams having a bye, Round 5 is another head-to-head league 'bye' round.

Hmm wonder how many people will set Goddard as VC, if he scores big everyone can then set there captain to someone who is not playing.
If he goes bad just pick a captain as normal
 
Have struggled this year in SC and DT. Not sure why. Anyway, got a season high 2,316 in SC this week and about 2,100 in DT. Big SC scores from Deledio, Swan, Pendlebury, Cotchin, Mumford, Franklin and Pavilich helped.

you can't set your captain to a player on the bench.

I'm going Goddard - due for a massive game.

If he scores >150 I'll keep him as the scoring VC.
 
Yep its easy, i set Goddard to VC and have Hurn on the ground as my captain, he wont play due to the bye. My emergency score will count as normal and Goddard will score the double points.

Exactly, so unless you had Montagna as your VC probably not worth it anyway.

Same glitch will work for Round 6 too.

yeah - that can work, but you run the risk of being one short if there's a late withdrawal

I was very similar. Scored 2335 with no Goddard, Adcock, Riewoldt, Higgins and Libba.
Geez Adcock was a great pick up at about 330K, averaging 108 before this round and then scoring 125 against the saints.

The next bye with Geel, Haw and Fre will kill me! Lower, Selwood, Pavlich, Franklin, Stevie J. What to do in the forward line?????
 
tlak about a really bad week in SC. 2 doughnuts, due to late changes.

then Vickery going off, and Cam Richardson not coming on until the 3rd.

didn't even crack 2000.

DT i got 2100 exactly though.
 
Into the top 9k for Supercoach.

Had a score range between 2140-2260 every week.

Toying with swapping Yarran for Jack Riewoldt this week.

Got Cox, Fraser, Petrie and Zach Smith in the ruck. Hoping to cash two of the three in and get 500k to spend at some stage.

Bloody hell, add to that Higgins, Richardson and Otten, and with Heppell expected to be rested. I had climbed to 4000th position but that is sure to change!!!!

Heppell named on a four man interchange for the bummers, will play as a sub at least.
