No, it's an NHL club other than Boston or Montreal. Since 1979/80 is my information. Unless this is wrong, or Boston or Montreal each missed one season in the run.

Montreal missed the playoffs in the 1994/95 season.
Boston didn't make it in the 1999/2000 campaign.
