Yes mk. .5 refers to questions with 2 part answers being answered by different posters.
 
yeah when i started this topic in the beginning i had questions worth 1 point and related 'bonus half point' questions too. Somewhere along the way this stopped so the scoreboard looks strange.

Astle in 1968 is correct. Would also have accepted Alex Brown from Spurs in 1901 when the rounds were numbered differently (third round was the quarter final).
 
Astle , Osgood , Hurst among others . England certainly had an enviable array of strikers in the mid 60s to mid 70s....Astle - Weren't there attempts to link his death (all too early) a few years ago to the high incidence of heading the ball ?
