What you see is what you get, but good clubs see it before 7 years.

And good clubs wouldn't give up a player and pick for him either.

Raines was disgraceful last night and what has Pods got to do with the RFC (apart from we want to be able to put him on as a mature rookie but the AFL would'nt change the rule).
We let him go.Simple.

Yep, Nason and Farmer for *smile* looks good to me so far. There are any number of Tigers who would look better if they were playing on good teams - trading average players for young kids who have a chance to be part of the next Tigers finals side is exactly the right thing to do.

Plus if Richmond fans had seen Raines turn into trouble or launch another 7 iron kick off half back their heads would have exploded.

Raines is perfect for Brisbane

His pinpoint passes into the 50 end in a J. Brown contested mark rather than a rebound 50 for the opposition ;D

Gee,we are scratching around aren't we?He was the whipping boy when playing for us ,and now we are hounding him at Port. The thing is,he is getting a game in the one's at Port, who are in the eight-better than what is happening at Tigerland ATM.By the way,no mention of Raines and his 28 possesions for Brisbane last night,or Podsially's 5 goals today........................

Schulz is getting a game but for how long? He's not up to it. Raines (you obviously didnt watch the game) has always been able to get plenty of the ball. It what he does with it that's a huge problem. Never seen a player kick so many hospital balls undr no pressure. He's has seriously flawed disposal skills. What's Podsially have to do with the topic by the way?

Caught a bit of the Brisbane game...Raines was his same old self. One passage summed him up...he got the hard ball, bounced off a couple of opponents and then proceeded to kick straight to the opposition. Good work to get the pill completely offset by the way he gets rid of it.

Not unhappy he is gone.

The point is he is no longer at the club and pre's like you find some joy in bringing up threads about *smile*.But guess what He,and Raines, and Rodan,.............are all playing in the ones, and probably glad about it to_Oh and Pods, let go at Tigerland(not good enough, too old).
Take great joy when we meet Port soon. ::)

Joy? Has nothing to do with joy. Think it is reasonable to discuss the progress of players who have moved on from the Tigers to make judgement on whether we we were right to move them on. When was Pods at Tigerland? As far as I know he only ever trained pre-season with the Tigers in 2006. He was actually listed at Collingwood and then Essendon and never played an AFL game. And what about the other 15 clubs that could have drafted Pods as well. How about the sort of delivery he gets at Geelong?

Schulz has brought structure to the Port forward line. Not much else though and the same sleepy issues remain.

Chocco confirmed that on the weekend.
