Still needs to build his tank, he was largely unsighted in the second half.
i thought i saw he was a sub in the 3rd term? or on the bench at least so maybe wasn't on ground as we didn't always use all of our rotations to get some run through the players legs etc. (i stand to be corrected on this)

How lively was he!

So what's the knock? Endurance? Kicking looked neat enough.
when he was drafted i heard the only thing holding him back was his endurance, which the Club will be working on so not a major issue long term at all

There are blokes who have played for 10 years that don't run out games.
Give the kid a break

He did it on No.2 also. I take other posters point, and agree. I'll be wrapt to see him waggle fingers Jesse James style and do a soccer aeroplane 50 times. It just annoys me. A bit like dean polos leopard head annoyed me.
Geez! Whinging about a player having a finger waggle or perhaps a fist pump after kicking a goal. Watched Archie Thompson doing a porno on a corner flag after he kicked a goal the other day n nearly threw up. AFL players are seriously timid n introverted by comparison to soccer players when it comes to celebrating. Their players get as excited over a goal as ours do over a flag.

Re: Welcome Sam Lloyd

Looks like an opportunistic and crafty forward but doesn't seem blessed with pace or endurance.

He will need to get his fitness up to elite levels. With that combo right now im not locking him in just yet.

I share similar views, Barnzy. He is showing a bit at the moment, yet might need a year in the program before we see some real benefits.

It will take time for sure, I really hope we unveil Gordon because his tank is elite, he also has the versatility to run through the midfield.

Ah, so that's why 80% of the world's population watch soccer and have it has their no.1 sport. Over 5 billion people must be very bored out there! ;)

That's because they don't have AFL

More interested in singing n dancing, lighting fires n brawling than actually watching the games. They only ever watch the goal replay n erotic dancing by the goal kicker after the event.

Obviously haven't been watching Liverpool play lately tg. A plethora of goals scored in every game (at both ends of the ground) :hihi
Either exhilarating or on the edge of your seat as a supporter, while guaranteed entertainment for the neutral. Anything but boring atm!

Many many years ago when I suffered a miniscule interest in soccer it was Man U not that other mob. No interest in the game, probably wont catch more than a few highlights of the world cup. Seems to me there's often more effort put into every thing peripheral instead of the actual game at times.

Fair enough TM. Each to their own I guess. Hopefully the tigers will march on to such great feats that we can forget about any other distractions (whatever they may be)

Re: Welcome Sam Lloyd

Better at ground level than I thought he'd be, and can hit a target. Early days, but looks OK.
