Round 9: Team changes against the poos & wees

We all have different thoughts on this, but when a player is managed, like Gibcus was early on this year they don't play. Edwards is named in the VFL side and on the EMG list, this tells me he'll be the Sub. But why the cloak n dagger stuff with managed? You can be dropped and still be the sub. I guess managed sounds better than dropped.
With Dreamtime next week, you can bank that shedda will be in whether he plays VFL, doesn't play or is the sub.

Agreed you can be dropped and still be the sub.
I also think resting an older player by making them the sub is smart player management.
But you can’t be managed and play VFL. That’s getting dropped. No ifs or buts.

Oh ok. Might make sense, managed could mean substantially reduced game time without risk if he had to come on early. I don't mind that idea. Better than a youngster potentially missing a whole week of playing footy.

The issue is this week Saturn is rising, which will worry Septuagenarians.
Next week for Dreamtime we have Mars crossing the serpent which is great news for Pisceans and Septuagenarians.

So expect Shedda to come back in next week and return to his best

I thought so too, but its probably just a reflection on last week's performances by the 2s.
Starting mids in the 2s are Ross Dow and Sonsie who all played well.
RCD missed the match (illness?)

He'll get plenty of chances in the game
