Round 8 - other games

Bob murphy easily the best foot skills in the comp.
Except last week when scores were level with 2mins to go and he absolutely butchered a kick costing them the game .

Melb playing the dogs is just like our game against the dees - dogs being clogged up around the ground, looking the better side but the dees are playing the game on their terms (which is mighty ugly). Reckon the dees could win this

Was thinking the same. Falling into Roos trap. Dees pressure is pretty good.

yep we should of beaten these bums and be equal second on the ladder

We've lost 4 to four teams this year that we would beat next week.
We'll just have to
1) make the finals
2) beat geelong, North, Footscray and Melbourne next time we get the chance .

Especially the first two.

Kick straight against the Dees and we would have beaten them. Has the Dogs bubble burst?

I think a lot of form is cyclical. Play Bulldogs now and we'd probably win. I don't think the good form shown by Melbourne and Bullies will be long eterm but they're certainly improved.

We will get our chance against North again in rd 23

That easy first 4 weeks, has turned into an easy first 8 weeks, yet we're 4-4.

The only teams I'd say we're probably no chance against would be Sydney, Freo and Hawks (even though they're 4-4).
