He called touched.
Its fked how the umpires can't speak.
This debate could've been eneded 2 seconds after the siren went.
If the umpire told both captains it was touched.
Nicholls calls play on Touched.
Why didn't he ping Cameron for dropping the ball while been tackled??
 
best last 20 seconds because it all went against the Cats..
it definitely wasn't holding the ball, but the kick may have travelled 15m .. touched ..

Did he actually believe he had a good side?

Plenty of teams been a touch flaky so far this year, probably from trying to adapt to the new rules, going back to full length qtrs and getting back to semi normal after last years weird season.
Sydaknee have managed to beat both of last years Grand Finalists, one game they dominated n the other they've fought back from a large deficit n looked to be getting overrun again with five minutes to go.
Might not be this year, but it probably won't take them long to start pushing into finals again. They seem to be doing a lot right n look to have a bunch of very good kids coming through.

Bevo actually reckons his defence went very well ( today's Hun ) kept the reigning premiers to only 11 goals :rotfl1 :rotfl1 Pity his mob could only kick 7 goals.

No crowd allowed now at Western Derby. Free kick count will likely be more balanced given it's a Weagles home game.
