It’s still only April & it’s a long season.

They are playing bloody well though.

Port no hope. Freo even less. Paddle Pops are hopeless against good teams away from the Gabba.

Surely the Saints can't do it?? I think the biggest challenger to Scumwood is the Demons; if they can get 2021 form back.

No to Scumwood and to Boringbourne. No to Pussies comes 3rd for me.

I don't like Wossy much, but the Aints I'll back. 1 flag 56 years ago is a sad level for any oppo supporter to see.

Well, to modify a popular saying - 'Whatever they've got, we could sure use some.' Not sure how they can run so hard for so long; perhaps frequent rotations. But we once had Fly McCrae - and now we don't!

As impressive as their running is, I'm also highly impressed by how sharp their kicking disposal is. Their field kicking is super. They just hit so many under 40m passes every time.

Out of interest just counted the number of players for each side with 70%+ DE:

Anzac Eve: RFC = 7 Anzac Day: Skunks = 18.

I think that says a lot about the relative differences between them under Fly and us under Dimma, even if the running was comparable.
