Round 6 - Other games

Just watching the Hawks v Swans game and talk about staging. In nearly every contest a player is staging for a free. Lean back into your opponent and wrap their arms around you to make it look like you’re being tackled without the ball, throw your head back when being tackled, feign handballing so the man on the mark will move, throw yourself to the ground when being tackled to make it look like a dangerous tackle.

Isaac Heeney doing his best Hawkins impersonation by swan diving when he felt his opponents hands in his back. Free kick, goal.
 
The Swans midfield Rowbottom, Warner, McInerney all taken after pick 20.

Feel for the kid. Sad actually. Was looking ok down back.

Find each neutral game I have a look at it just frustrating with the way the games played/umpired now , for somebody who was once a footy addict , I now enjoy watching 4 or 5 sports more then AFL ( non Tiges games obviously) , I have no idea how they fix it from here , however if I start watching Soccer I’ll grab myself some knitting needles as well

Sorry I just can't watch Soccer. I've tried but it just doesn't grab me. Unfortunately AFL is getting to that stage too. Like a lot of posters on here, I no longer watch anything other than Tigers games & even the I struggle.

Same here for me. Just Richmond games ... And they're starting to be a struggle at times.
