ACLs are pretty easy for the Docs to accurately assess through the structural test of the knee.

It is under Ludlum's name but actually written by Jamie Freveletti.
Never heard of him as an author before but he writes well.
Released in 2015.

Hmm, Ludlum carked it in 2001, so I'm guessin this Jimmy Fevola bloke got hold of a bunch of Ludlum's draft work polished it up a bit then released it as a Ludlum novel to ensure sales numbers n profits for everyone.

Have read a couple of other novels where another writer has ghosted a deceased authors draft notes, never quite came up to scratch when done this way.
