Round 2: the emptying the dishwasher games.

What's with all the St.Kilda love? The shittest club in AFL/VFL history. I couldn't give a *smile* if they didn't win a flag for another 500 years. The only time I'd ever hope they win one is if they're playing Scumwood, Carlcheat, Drugendon or Geewhinge.

As for their list; yes look to have some good youngsters but that's what happens when you are perenially rubbish. Get access to high draft picks. I like Owens, Windhager was fantastic last night, young Wilson looks very good. Milera starred last night and he uses the ball beautifully. But he gets wider than Brad Hill.

Let's see how they go under some real heat if they get to finals. Reckon the 2 Sydney teams will give them a real workover. And remember; they have Riley Bonner who singlehandedly kept Scumwood in the game last night.

But credit to them it was a very good win. Really should've won by more.
I take your point, and don't disagree with most, but not on Milera. Absolutely starred, and that is his job, get it on the outside, gain a shitload of ground and hit a target, and quickly. I'll also say he did actually win a couple of HBGs too last night. Super impressive game. Super important role and did it superbly. Weapon is an overused word, but if he keeps doing that, and thats a big 'if' one of the most lethal weapons in the comp.

Can't speak for anyone else but I've always had a soft spot for them (apart from the Grant Thomas lack of respect era). Plugger and Winmar were huge favourites of mine as a kid. As an adult I lived in St Kilda/Elwood/Windsor/Prahran for around a decade.

Much prefer them to win one than Carlton, Collingwood, Essendon, Geelong, Hawthorn, Melbourne, Norf, Footscray, Brisbane, Poort, West Coast, Adelaide, Gold Coast, Sydney. Would be equally happy to see Freo win one, and wouldn't mind if the Giants won it.
Yeah Plugger was awesome. One of my favourite non-Richmond players of all time. But it is a massive loser club and I don't care if they never win another one. That said if RFC don't win it I don't who does as long as it's not Carlton, Collingwood, Essendon or Geelong. Anyone but them.

The Saints aren't going to win it this year. But their kids will get some good September experience.

Yeah Plugger was awesome & should have been a Tiger!!!! Thanks AFL you buncha "smiles".
Another time that buncha has screwed us, along with the Skoda screwing.

No wonder a lot of Tiger supporters hate them with a passion. So many times they've stuffed us up.

Also thought that King played a really good game. I don’t like his body language usually but he didn’t sook and whinge last night and he actually crashed packs and came up the ground to have, what I thought, was his best game.
Saints will do better than us again this year and I would love to see them win their second premiership.

Mattaes Phillipou all under 22.
Not completely sold on this kid. Keep hearing what a star he is but struggles to get involved. Not clean hands. Not quick.

The left foot goal was a bit of a fluke.

For a guy that's never had a drink and been super dedicated since day dot not sure how much upside he has compared to the others.

My sister is part of the old Animal Cage crew. I wouldn't begrudge them in the slightest. They are *smile*, but my god have they had some entertaining footballers.

I reckon the dry weather is all cause to this.
You reckon the low humidity isn’t providing enough moisture to the semi membranous tissue and it’s causing avulsions ?

Bring on middle of winter and cold temperatures and rain then. Boooiiinnng !

One of those rare weekends where Crows and Tigers supporters forget their recent history and come to get to support each others teams with passion.
