Round 17 - the stuck in Dubbo airport games.

*smile*. This is a terrible came to watch.
So many mistakes.
Both teams are awful

Cerra is OK, but he's no Dion.

Motlop looks like a player. wonder if we would have taken him if he'd lasted one more pick?

Any thoughts on Tigers fade outs this year. My thought could be the lack of co ordination in leadership roles with two captains. A ruckman has enough to do these days without rallying the troops here & there. Grimes would find it hard to rally the forward line with on the last line of defence . Overall I am not a fan of dual captains but prefer one captain & a vice.

Good professional win in the end - 63 points is a good result after how diabolical the second term was.

Top four is still a chance with Brisbane getting done, but I've found this season to be more enjoyable when I let go of any lofty expectations and just enjoy the rise as it comes. Peaks and troughs are going to happen.

Geelong, Brisbane and Melbourne yet to come - and they could well lose all three. Could also pinch one or two. Who knows.

I'd forgotten what it was like to be as invested as this regardless at this stage of a season - it's exciting and every week I look forward to the game. Haven't enjoyed an AFL season as much as this for many years and whatever happens from here, it's great to be back in that space.

This Saturday night against Geelong at the 'G is going to be huge.

Strange how winning regularly makes the season fun BBgun.

Hate Carlscum, but not as much as I hate the Moggies which often leaves me stuck between a rock n a hard place. Missus is a Bagger n brothers are Moggies so I've copped plenty over most of the last 40 years n finally have been able to dish a bit back out over the last few years.

Enjoy your footy while it lasts BBgun, but not too much though.

Hope you win and if they play the man you return the favour with interest.

Just watch out, players get injured when they play against Geelong.
