Certainly wasn't the case Round 1 at the MCG. Crowd was limited to 25% but everyone was crammed in together and specifically told we couldn't change seats. It's BS really. If you're going to cram people together whether it's 25k or 50k makes little difference.

I agree if you're going to cram people together might as well have no capacity constraints.
