Round 13 - the stuck in traffic games.

It's a buy in Sting.
If the entire club doesn't believe and trust each other , the club will be floating in no man's land.
Dimma started to listen to the players, trusting the players strengths. Stop forcing the issue with Griffens or Vickery.
And surrounding himself with people that spread a relaxed and happy environment.
Have a look how relaxed Rutten is on the bench, but it doesn't work without the group believing and trusting.
Skill can take you soo far, belief and trust is endless.
So true LZ.

There is NO true buy in!

Rutten should start from scratch as HE does have some good kids , but needs to stop drafting players who want to come Essendon for $.

Stringer should never have forced the clubs hand to sign him on a longer contract. Start with him.

Fix the midfield issues. Stop this accumulation of possessions and simplify the game plan.

Build the team around the young group of talent and 2MP.

End of the day with Sheedy around the place with Hird let them live in their fantasy world and past glories.

I reckon Mundy might have reached the end. Depending on injuries and how the season pans out, he could get edged out of the side if they get to the pointy end.

Yet again umps love to pay those ridiculously soft frees to forwards for just being touched.

The Squwaks giving the Freemasons all they can handle that 1st half, now lets see if they can keep it going or fade away as they've had a tendency to do in a few games this year. Man, what I wouldn't do to see this CJ kid in a Tiger guernsey, special talent this lad.

Gilligan would have had a chat with Sheeds n Brasher at the start of the season n figured it would be a great way to honour Essendrugs 150 years of footy.

Plenty of rat cunning old Gilligan. What better way to humiliate Essendrugs than watching them get butt pumped three times in a row on the big Fri night dance floor.

Fair enough having Essendon v Carlton on a Friday night but the other two games, particularly the WCE game are not worthy.

Too late for Stringer. They wouldn't get a hot dog in return now.

That was a very good, hard game of footy, first non Richmond game that's held my attention all year.
what was with the arc having to watch footage 15 times of a mark that was clearly over the line? I think it was just on three quarter time. Had volume down but footage was clear the first time.
