Round 13: the Crystal Pepsi games.

With so called bona d=fides in the top 3 -4 the Tigers need genuine elite mid juniors not second level ones.

We have a golden opportunity not seen in a long time to get one to add to Kane going forward, need to get another good quality mid after our first pick as well.

I can see the Tigers racking up too many pointless wins and missing the cream of the crop when we need to be at the front of the queue skimming it off the top.

The greatest wrestling promo of all time.

Saints fall over the line kicking 51 points against poor opposition in yet another example of how stale and broken Ross Lyon's style is.

Are Nick Riewoldt and the army of sycophantic media cheerleaders going to go Lyon over this? Riewoldt, despite not even being in the country, is never shy of a few words of advice, especially when the Saints were under Ratten, so the floor's all yours pal. As for the rest of the 'Rossy Lyon' ball-bag vacuums in the media, man up or f*** off. Montagna, Dal Santo - anything to say? And they aren't the only ones.

I've said it before - any other coach would be hauled over hot coals for what Lyon is doing.

If it had been a Tiger in Greens shoes no on on here would have said it was a free let alone downfield.
It happened on thurzdey night
Bolton gets dealt with after kicking the ball, play on.
No free
No free to Baker in the goal square.
It was the same umpire that paid in the back against Vaulstin.
Guess who applauded the decision??
'That was in the back' Gérard I hate Richmond Healy.

What a fiasco the AFL and the umpiring has become. Sad thing is they don’t realise it.
The umps are giving the impression that they believe they’re the main act
What we need is 1 less field umpire they’re inconsistent in their decisions trying to justify the 4 umps

That’s a BS response from Lyon and BS twitter post.

Dimma’s response is spot on, measured not over the top.

We ask coaches and players to be honest and give real opinions, Dimma did that without going over the top.

That's our Rossy.

Looking forward to one of his ex-players cracking a fat over that on one of the many programs they pump him up on.

Anything to deflect.

Hopefully the production team has the tissues handy.

Geez, Dimma finally found a voice to criticise the umps, where was that sort of comment as we went -122 frees in 2018?

Yeah he's suddenly a lot more vocal now that he is getting paid $1.5m a year by head office to coach their problem child. Knowing there will be no head office blow back on him. A bit like how he suddenly went silent on and accepting of the farcical ARC decision in the 22 EF after he the "meeting" (job interview) with the AFL.

I think this is right. The 4 umpires has led to over umpiring
4 umpires is ridiculous; completely over the top. Another *smile* decision from the AFL; up there with the stand rule and letting full backs run 30m into the field of play until they have to kick the ball.

Good points, Rids. Yes, and we the supporters and members are still waiting for the explanation and definitive evidence which Dimma and Livingstone were supposed to be provided.
All very secretive by all concerned, we can FO as far as Gil was concerned. Disgusting 🤮

Further to what I have already posted on this, forgot to add: Sicily milked it for all it was worth by making sure he landed on his back and theatrically throwing his arms high in the air. Not even my words, but those of Hawks legend commentating, D. Brereton. Says it all.
It's called Staging ... Blatant. And the chump fell for it hook, line and sinker.
Furthermore, it's questionable if it should have been downfield. Plus Chol, left-footer, was closer player but, of course, Breust rushed over and got it. He's a wizard at those boundary kicks.
All-round con job but, naturally, ticked off by the AFL.

The biggest clash of the round tonight, looking forward to it. It will be a bit damp under foot this could reduce the effect of the blues monster forward brigade.
On paper we should belt these frauds by 10 goals, but nothing would surprise me less if we got rolled.
