In close games, much of the result comes down to luck. Collingwood have been incredibly lucky for about 10 weeks until now. Can see them coming back to the pack a bit next season.

Fact is Pies are a very average team who have played way beyond themselves with an extraordinary amount of luck. Compare this side to our 2017 and we were chock full of superstars. They will drop off significantly next year. Some of their best tonight were Pendlebury and Sidebottom. Theyll be finished next year
