Robin Nahas

Nahas is still in our best 22, and will still be come seasons end. Despite some believing he's not an opportunist, he still kicked 30 goals last year. He's got some flaws but is still a pretty good player.

very good second half - he seems to play better up the ground than as a small forward - like 2011

he even kicked left foot, I had to pause and replay to make sure

Ran out the game really well and stepped up to help win the game.

If he is not starting 21 round one I would have him as my sub to do what he did yesterday.

smart game and he looks a lock for round 1, especially since knights his replacement looks finished as AFL footballer

Knights has another 2 years and 10 months to go on a contract and is apparently on good coin too.
Can't write him off just yet, at least wait till till the real stuff starts.
Longergan is the guy that will make a difference, he will be the 2013 version of Chris bond. Kicking hospital balls and killing his team mates

The last part of that is rubbish. He came to us because he wanted to play with Ivan. Practically playing for peanuts. (Can probably afford to after the big pay day he cashed in on last time he came out of contract.)

Better? Happy?

What has happened to Knights?

I predict Knights will be playing more consistently than Nahas come end of this season. Nahas's non-existent left side is a tough liability in today's AFL. Not sure though that both Knights and Nahas can't be playing in the same side.

That would be spot on, would think he needs a better than good year this year.

Knights has a very, very good left side. :cutelaugh

Thought Nahas was ineffectual when he came on as the sub
Too easily pushed off the ball and didn't even worry the scoreboard from 40 out
Should be played as the crumbling forward and not as an on baller
