Well done Norf. Have enjoyed the snippets I have caught of them. Well drilled and play for each other.

This season's winner should be awarded the Steven Bradbury cup. No-one wants to stand up and take their chance. If one team stands up, they win.

I really enjoyed North's win. Fantastic win away against eagles, crowd and ups. Just a reminder of where we sit after losing to the eagles.

Both teams have seemed to really struggle with the covid disruptions. Obviously we were able to lift last year, but we had to dig deep. Not sure whether it is two big clubs missing the crowds, the disruption to their training routines, impact of cuts to coaches, older players missing families, etc. But there is something in common between us and the eagles (maybe also Collingwood)

Yep I think back to Cotch being separated from his sick daughter & the angst that would have caused. I have no idea if that's contributed to any broader issues at Richmond so am loathe to speculate..however I reckon we have no idea what the mental toll is on individuals behind the scenes who are dealing with yet another disrupted covid season. It's an intangible that the viewing public just don't see, all in the name of keeping the $how on the road.

Already posted the same elsewhere a week ago. It's quite weird. How and why do two experienced finals contenders implode, both winner and loser, post that very competitive game? Both have subsequently hit the wall.
 
People were laughing at north.
Slowly slowly they're are resembling a team now. Shaw was just a *smile* coach.
 
Cunnington makes them a 100 times better.
Zurrfart he is quality.

Its the water both clubs drunk that night.
We looked like a top 4 side for 3.1 qtrs and they looked like the usual WC you get in Perth.
The wheels at footy clubs can fall off very quickly.
Injuries, form, age, confidence can all drop out and you end up with results like us against Collingwood and Wc losing to North.
