Rivals circling our Premiership heroes

If you want Peter Wright, Nathan Broad might be the price.

I love Broady, do not want to see him go anywhere.

If Peter Wright is available I reckon theres a few clubs going harder for him that the Tigers.

Melbourne, Sydney, Essendon the Crows and the Maggots are the first that come to mind, even the Lions could do with him to be honest and allow McStay to go back to CHB..

Collingwood would be the first to go after him.
He is no better then Richard Lounder.
He is too slow.

After the Johnno Brown review of our game against the swans we could send Garthwaite and nobody would know the difference

Send him back to brisbane and get him off TV.
Seriously a 12 year old reads the game better.

The Tigers don't lose players they don't want to lose. There's plenty of salary cap money available due to the Rance retirement.
Trust the management to keep who want to keep, Nank, JG, Broady etc are definitely keepers. Some of the "lesser lights" will be on shaky ground.
Media muppets are just making it up as they go along. Ignore them they don't deserve have time wasted on them

A high first rounder and a second rounder would do it. Gotta pay up in these post Ellis times.

Not according to Tim Watson, (or was it Garry Lyon) , reckons no way should anyone overpay for a player like Broad, he reckons take him out of the Richmond set up and he is just an average player.

That's why Melbourne has been a basket case for the last 50 years because they rely on people like Lyon for direction.
If he thinks Broad is an ordinary player his head must be buried so deep in the sand his ass is only showing.
Broad is a star. Reliable, consistent and very durable.

This is another tactic of trying to derail clubs.
Rumours of players moving or other clubs showing interest is generated to upset playing groups and fracture clubs.
In a space of 7 days we are losing,
Higgins to hawthorn
Graham to Adelaide
Broad to GC
Coleman Jones to GWS
Who's next Castagna to Frankston??

We have a solid group, but we do have holes.
We need a tall defender
We need a quality midfielder

How else would they expect to get a dual premiership player in their prime? Miles ahead of Carlisle and he isn't a flog or a snorter.
