Do you remember how you felt when you saw this come out from the club?

I remember thinking how ambitious it was considering where we were in 2010. Achieving 3-0-75 by 2015 instead of 2014 was a phenomenal effort.

Now here we are on track for the 3 premierships by 2020. ;D

***Wow about 1400 member sign ups in 3 days, at this rate we will hit 80K by next week. RD 1 we could well be on 82-83K a little more than i first thought but hey its music to my ears!

If we've already had a member number updated for the day, do we really have a need for the number to be restated a second time?

Too true, AT.

Leave the Baron v Leon v Lamby v Al to every other thread.

I'm a bit partial to the comparisons. So, here we go.

The increase from last year is great. 16K more from same last year is a testament to the tiger army. Sure roll overs have helped in this regard but no doubt there are a lot of new members also which is great for the growth of the club .

You’re right we don’t want any tit-for-tat, when I come to this thread everyone is enjoying the membership rise a lot of positive vibes!
TT contributes well to this thread but I just thought that was knit picking whether I’m duplicating the tally but anyway all good let’s keep it a happy place!

Haha.....as soon as I posted the figure in white font, I thought geez, who’s going to pick up on that?
Then I thought nah, the Astute one can hold onto that one haha....

Haha I might have to put a patent on it with the trademarks office :hihi

I had a quick look at the Collinwood site but couldn't see how many members they have.

Does anyone know what numbers Hawthorn and Coll are reporting?

Neither club are reporting this year. Collingwood didn't do it last year, and I don't remember if Hawthorn did or didn't. Won't find out until the end of the year when the AFL release official numbers.

Collingwood have so many members they just guess to the nearest thousand.
If we have 74,871 then the pies will announce a few days later they have 76,000 or similar.
