Balta having an absolute mare. Sorry but i cant cop the practise match excuse. Its the structure and lack of skills that is a huge concern

It's only a practice match, but given the heat, let's hope Fastbourne slow down and we run over them.
 
Tarrant whose game as you pointed out, is now based on the spoil, would do better against Gawn?
It is speculation but I can’t see it myself.
Pleasing to see Young take front position.
Pushed in the back seems to be no longer a free.

Its the wrestle before it gets there that would make the difference. Young has promise but he hasn't but a hand on them before they go for the mark which makes it so damn easy to take a mark. I have 100% confidence that Tarrant would have performed better and if fit will play Round 1 over Young.

I have hopes for Young longer term, but its far too early for him, and far too early to expect him to come in and do the same sort of role that Tarrant would do for us, but continue putting your head in the sand if it helps.
