Move Hardwick on, trade Dusty to Sydney, give the job to Fly and start again.

The hippy culture and lack of Plan B has been exposed and there won’t be a recovery this year

We were missing the following players from last nights game-
Ellis, Riewoldt, Astbury, Short, Rance, Lambert, Nankervis, Ross, Broad.
Thats 9 players that would have been picked. We've done very well with the young guys Have some faith its only round 12 still long way to go

You would think that after what has happened over last couple of years that people would realise it isn't 1987 anymore. But no.

Hardwick has the points on the board. Anyone who can take this club to ultimate success needs to be knighted.
But,
*Hardwick needs to add more to his coaching,
*The list management coming into this year was disgraceful
* need to hit the trades hard this year
*too many players that have proven they arent up to it still remain on the list
*the lack of talls is a disgrace

Do or should the Tigers now start to develop a stronger focus to 2020.

Finals participation isn't out of the question, but I'm not sure now how deep the team can go in September. It will be a pretty impressive effort in itself playing in this year's finals series given the injuries sustained and the number of young/new/debutants that have been asked to take on roles perhaps some aren't quite yet ready for (or possibly some are not up to scratch).

I'm not suggesting RFC discard this season, but maybe it is an opportunity to start thinking and planning for a huge tilt at premiership glory next season.

Funny thread.

We add Lynch, Ross and Stack this year and our list management is an issue ;D

Some very spoilt kiddies out there.

Open your eyes and have a peak at the backline. Close to the worse in the comp.
Even carlton have marking defenders

We've been devastated by injuries. *smile* happens. Recruiting has been excellent. Expect it to continue over next couple of years and once again be contending.

Stack
Ross
Naish
Balta
Baker
CCJ
Higgins

All you have played less than 50 games and majority regular starters.

Rebuild well and truly underway.

Sprinkled with good ordinary footballers like Rance, Riewoldt, Martin, Cotchin, Nankervis, Grimes, Houli, Lambert, Lynch, Prestia, Caddy, Astbury, Rioli, Macintosh

I think we are ok.

Recruiting excellent:

Conca, Ellis, Lennon all wasted top 12 picks. That’s why our midfield has no depth.

Martin, Lynch, Prestia, Rance and Riewoldt all on 800k plus while Dangerfield et al take less and deliver twice the output

Balta, Baker, Bolton, Coleman-Jones, Garthwaite, Stack, Ross, Naish, Rioli, Collier-Dawkins, Turner, Graham, Higgins, English, Castagna, Menedue and Moore all under 23.

Rebuild is well underway.
