Appears to lack confidence in himself and whilst covers the turf he doesn't get much air.

IMO a lack of confidence is a key factor.
He lets someone more qualified do it.
I guess we are all hoping he switches on.
@Dyer'ere we have history repeating itself, comments from VFL game v Port Melbourne on the weekend, therein lies the problem a 198cm monster who has been on our list for 4 years with good skills but appears to lack the appetite or is just not capable of imposing himself on the contest

He almost got there.
He’s been very disappointing so far this season.
Really thought he’d turned the corner after a strong preseason but seems like he’s regressed the last month or so.
Just seems to lack that competitive edge that is hard to teach.
Structurally so important that we make the right decision at seasons end.
We either have a player, or we don’t.
