Pick 53: Jack Graham

He’s contracted and a required player. We don’t need to lose him from a TPP perspective. Didn’t see the best of him this year carrying a toe injury. Coming into the best years of his footy career we need to keep him

We need him. Lambert and Edwards are gone, Dusty Cotch and Prestia are nearing the end, and Ross and Sonsie are still unknown at this stage. The only core mids for now and future if we land them are Hopper and Taranto.

Bowes could fit into geelongs highlight free game plan

It kind of makes sense for them i reckon - they pay unders and i can see why cap space would be a commodity theyde like,

Which is probably why the AFL are allowing it

How can the reigning premier be allowed to raid a struggling club of a player and also end up with a top 10 pick? I expect the media to be as outraged as I am about this. There should be non stop media coverage about this diabolical travesty if this is allowed to go ahead. Gerard and Kane, I’m looking at you.
Outraged I tell you :eek:

I was going to put down a few more outlandish hyperbolic words down but I’m on my lunch break :LOL:

I don't believe that the deal will be that simple. It will be Pick 7 and Bowes in exchange for a draft pick and the full contract, possibly even as low as a late 1st rounder, but at least a 2nd rounder
 
It seems strange that Jake Niall reported that Hoopers salary would’ve thrown out Geelongs payment structure.
doesn’t this Bowes contract do the same thing…
