Phantom Draft 2016

This all sounds good and fine to keep matching bids by GWS for players but do they have the list space required ?

So far they have drafted 6 players + Added Deledio

Not too sure but i believe they have 37 on their list and need to get their list down to 40 ?

They will have to demote some players to the rookie draft.

Correct, they wont be taking as many as this mock indicates.

If they only have three list spots then it will be Setterfield, Perryman & Macreadie in my opinion.

And the will take one of the top 2.

GWS will have 6 selections in the draft from my calculations, in which case Sammy is bang on.

Agree they have 32 on their main list including Lids, plus 2 rookies, so unless they take DFA's they have to take a minimum of 6 in the ND.

Dump all GWS picks in the 50s as they will be used as points for academy players and hence not used in the actual draft

Cats bid on Isaac Cumming.

A smooth-moving half-back with the potential to develop into an outside mid. A very nice kick of the ball whose disposal efficiency is above 75%. Played one game of SANFL under-18s and racked up 29 touches, and had 15 in his one reserves appearance. A smart player who generally makes good decisions.

Sydney

Kayle Kirby - Bendigo Pioneers

The 2nd coming of Byron Pickett who knocked a WA player into next week during the carnival this year with the perfect shirtfront. Dominated for Richmond VFL towards the end of the season. Lacks fitness at this point, however, Sydney's professional program and club believe they can improve this quickly.
