Other games Rnd 3

That kick of Boaks. I cant get over how bad it was. Never had a chance.
Boak is cooked.
Imagine if Carlton did give up 2 first rounders for Wines in 2020.
There midfield would be the best in the history of the game.
Cripps (thanks Ben) Walsh Wines

Ken and Leon would have to be in some trouble you'd think.

Especially if the Pies and Hawks keep improving, there'll be a real temptation for new blood at both Port and GWS.
And especially knowing Al Clarkson is waiting in the wings.

Brings me great joy for Poort to be in the predicament they're in. Especially with Karen Kornes feeling their pain.

When you have down hill skiers like Motlop and Rozee in your side, you get what you deserve.

bombers at 0-3 always lovely to see.
They've had a tough draw though - Cats, Lions and Dees are likely to be all top 8 teams.

Good - it’s means the bumbers are still not yet top 8 materia, or certainly not top 4 material- which we all knew apart from the media fan boys club.

It's not just the losing of games, it's the method of losing games that *smile* up the mindset n then makes them vulnerable to also being taken down by ordinary teams. Flogged by the Moggies, unable to beat Brisvegas at home because they couldn't kick straight, unable to beat Smelbourne when Smelbourne are playing a crap game. Come up against an ordinary side having a red hot crack n the jitters will set in n things become all to hard.

Jumping forward a bit....... the PA bogans v the Dynasty Dees over there on Thursday nite is gonna be fun..
If the Chaps put them to the sword, Kenny might be gone quicker than an Amanda Vanstone bucket of chips!:peepwall

Bombers ended up a lot closer than they should have been. 65 inside 50's to 39 is a massive flogging in the midfield.

What has happened to McGrath?? Pick 1, and in his 6th season when he should be ripping the comp a new one, he's tagging the guy ripping the comp a new one!! Walsh was Pick 1 2 years after McGrath and doing what you'd expect McGrath to be doing. McGrath has averaged 22 touches a game for the last 3 years.

The Bombers think they are a lot better than they really are.

How good was it to see Adelaide beat those Port wankers after the siren. Bring out the tarps boys :rotfl2

This sums it up.

The Western Bulldogs finally got their first win of 2022 against the Sydney Swans on Thursday night but all AFL fans could talk about was the lopsided free kick count in their favour.
Desperate to put the first two rounds of the season behind them, the Bulldogs got off to a flyer and led for the entire game at Marvel Stadium.

Inaccurate goalkicking kept the Swans in the game but the Dogs eventually claimed a 71 (9.17) to 60 (9.6) victory.
But viewers were convinced the umpires were blowing the whistle to the Bulldogs’ advantage.
The free kick count was 8-1 in the third quarter and finished at 31-14 for the game — the Dogs received more than double the amount of free kicks than the Swans.
“This is getting out of hand,” Gerard Whateley said on AFL Nation after Chad Warner was pinged for a dangerous tackle in the third term.
Former Collingwood star and Brownlow medallist Dane Swan tweeted: “An unbiased opinion (mine) would say that dogs getting the rub of the green with the umps
Hell, I remember 2 games - 1 against Melb and 1 against Wet Choke where we received 1 (count them - 1) free kick in the entire second half and wow - not one word from the commentary....

Even though it wasn’t pretty - Dees are still clearly the team to beat. We would need Dusty - but near our best we would still trouble them.

Every year it seems that a side that did well the previous year or two falls dramatically. 2022’s winner is Port Adelaide!

And every year the media feed their delusion by pumping up their tires pre season. My Bomber supporting BIL is blaming it on their tough draw to start the season. I love their continuing run of failure. It makes up for how their supporters talked about us when we were down and out.

The obvious would be that Figgy goes back to his home team at Port as new coach and Jabber Hird takes over from Cameron at the Giants.
