The score's 14-6 to the Dogs after 52mins anyway.

Greeting from the Gold Coast,Broncos thump Roosters & Doggies thump Souths thus far.Storm to play Knights at 5.30.

Intercepts cruel the Tigers again as they were 'good things' beat yesterday , 25-24 by NQ in Townsville , who apparently were flawless in the eyes of the officials in the 2nd half.

Tigers now lost 3 games by less than 2 points.

Unfortunately poor options & basic skill error by players as much to blame as bad officiating....Should have won both of the last 2 matches... Could well be the difference in an even competition at season's end between finals action & the ranks of the 'also rans'....

Tigers derved to beat Cowboys & Eels. They don't dserve to be 0-4.

2 upsets with Eels & Titans winning last night gives my tipping 2 losses to start off with.Broncos now 1-4 on the back of a premiership year.

Storm win 24-10 in reasonable performance against Dragons.Had most of the posession all night but couldn't put the enthusiastic Dragons away until last 15 minutes.Slater continued his sensational form & Falou scored his 8th try of the season. In the other match tonight Manly beat the Doggies by 2 points.

Both sides have ground out some handy wins but wouldn't be surprised if the Gold Coast more than match Manly in an arm wrestle next outing, even if it is at Brookvale.....

Titans have surprised me but Broncos are sadly out of form.Think Manly will beat them comfortably.

Tigers broke their duck today with a lucky 14-12 extra time win v Cronulla, courtesy of the standard howler from the referee.S'pose it makes up in some small way for our ill fortune of earlier weeks when we've bested opponents everywhere but the scoreboard & got nothing.

Much prefer 80 minutes draws to stand as a result, like they used to (bar finals - 2*10 minute 1/2s - no 'golden point'), as extra time results are increasingly influenced by poor calls from understandably tired officials.

Well done to the Tigers ,they deserve a change of luck.

Ex Storm player Chris Walker suspended indefinitely from Gold Coast Titans after being thrown out of a bar at Surfers. This guy just doesn't seem to learn his lesson. He's had the 3 strikes 3 times over.
