NRL

Sheensy staying at Tiggies.

Dont know who will coach the Panthers maybe they can coax ol Johnny Lang back from the Bunnies (how the Bunnies are failing again , inconsistent halves and a weak backline save for Merret and Inglis.)

Nathan Brown is a whisper re Panthers initially he was rumored to be trying to get back to St Merge.

Big Mal Meninga being spoken bout also re coaching.

Storm going well, testament to Bellamy and Storm staff, howeever crunch will come for Storm during Origin period as this year they dont have the same amount of Rep players who were able to provide cover, and the back of the season features many away fixtures for Storm.

Raiders playing like busteds and obviously believed their own hype (mind you im still backin em to have a real big tilt at the flag next year in 2012, and Panthers well they just upset my tips week in week out.

Doggies travelling ok, Broncos outdoing themselves, and obviously are going to try and send the great Locky out in style.

Cowboys doing well with no frills or attention, Knights hanging around as nusiances for tipping comps and the Sea Eagles also going ok, Roosters are shot without Carney.

Warriors are doing what they do best , Sharkies on the way back to the basement especially with their injuries to 2 key backs and Tigers need consistency (for somthing different),.

Parramatta and are going as expected with their crap recruiting maybe Kearney shoulda waited a tad longer before jumping at the first club that came along.

Went to see the Storm last night, hard fought victory in Brisbane.Suncorp is a great stadium.Broncos have some real young talent, will be a real force in coming years.

Beau Champion signs with Gold Coast for next 3 years despite him missing Sydney & being homesick.lf l was Storm l'd send him off there now.

I got told he hates Melboure( the city not the club)

And cant stand living here ,

but yeah it is disappointing, tell you what though, with him( Champion) out injured for 4 weeks , Ive heard good things about his replacement , Maurice Blair's form in the twos , so it could be interesting if Blair plays well.

Will Hopoate quitting NRL (Manly) at the end of the season for a 2 year stint as a Mormon missionary .

Steve Folkes crossing from the Tigers to take an assistants role at St George @ season's end …Tigers allowing Liam Fulton & Bryce Gibbs to field offers from other clubs a year ahead of contract expiry to free up cap space to accommodate younger forwards & entice Adam Blair across in 2012.

lf Blair goes okay l'd leave him in.

Agreed MB ol son.

Latest whispers are these.

Willie Mason to try return to NRL next season rumored to be in sights of Cronulla as they are bout to have their top forward pack decimated with Douglas and Snowden both leaving thats a dead set disaster for Cronulla.

Bedsy Buderus will likely return for a last hurrah with the Knights in 2012, wonder what Isaac DeGois will think of that one.

Titans are strugglin cos they are ageing, Laffranchi 30 odd, Meyers has retired over 30, Bull Baily over 30, Scotty Prince 30 odd, Presto Campbell 33 ish, the Titans are gonna go the quick fix by buying up replacements, Champion, Idris just 2 of many to come.
Prince and Campbell still going ok and Prince got least another 3 years in him, but the Titans are bout to have a roster re build.

Interesting to see Carney back, as the Roosters season threatened to unravel.

Storm re signing Widdop good result now they gotta keep Hinchecliffe, Duffie, etc.

Tigers equally poor , particularly 1st half, v Souths. Too much too often left to too few. Ellis is very much missed.

Adam Blair is a great pickup for next season.
