Confirmed.

Stewart out until at least rd 5 & Manly fined $100k
NRL not happy with the way Manly were handling this mess hence the massive fine & they wanted Stewart off the field so they did it themselves.

Love to know how his value will go in NRL supercoach ........ heh heh heh.

May be a bargain when / if he comes back. :fing32

Sadly ,that's scheduled to be Rd5 v my blokes......Better news for the Tigers is that Benji Marshall is expected to sign a new deal within a week.

Unless he is behind bars.

Slater re signed by Storm until 2012 and Benji Marshall re signed also by the combine whilst Matt Ballin re signed by Sea Eagles

Whispers around the traps stating that a return to the NRL and his home town raiders is on the cards for Mick Monaghan where he would again pair up with rep centre brother Joel.

This would be a great result for the Raiders if it eventuates.

Congrats to the great Steven Price who trots out in his 300th game.

Great leader, great professional, best of luck to him.

Shouldve always been kept a Bulldog a disgrace he was allowed to go so mercenaries in Tonga, Williams, and Mason could stay and chew up the majority of the salary cap then *smile* off.

Apparently no dna evidencefound on Stewart or aleged victim. At this stage charge still stands.

I'm not taking sides or anything, and it could be a smear campaign by the pro nrl media, to help out their golden boy,

But apparently, the girls dad, who seems to have alot to say on the whole matter, and is the key witness,

Has a criminal history, of fraudulent type charges, which includes fake credit cards, ripping people off etc

The plot thickens .

Whilst the charge still stands Stewart's chances of getting off appear very good,my tip is he won't even go to trial. The girl's dad certainly wouldn't be considered a reliable witness but there was supposedly other witnesses.

For mine Storm looked a little limp out wide.

Inglis does most damge in the centres where he can go one out draw other defenders and open up opportunities for his outside winger.

For mine Inglis is wasted at #6 he can be blocked more readily by more defensive numbers around the ruck.

I wouldnt mind seeing Smith at 6 where his dummy half running and kicking game can be just as influential with Hincliffe at #9 who aint a bad hooker. This would free GI up to impart maximum carnage on the opposition outside backs, and when the Storm play brizzy id have him marking Folau.

Just my thoughts.

Agree Craig,we looked average out wide.Would have preferred Hinchcliffe to come on earlier & play hooker with Smith going to 6 & Inglis in the centres.

Speaking of rusty starts, the premiers looked good did'nt they ;)
