Rambo 3, the Colonel tells Rambo they didn’t make him this great fighting machine, it was always there, they just chipped away the rough edges.
There is a great footballer waiting to explode with Noah, just have to chip away those rough edges.
Sorry if mentioned, but Balts had another chance after that smother. Instead of punching the ball, he could've grabbed it and kicked at goal. IMO, that was the worst part of this blunder.
Ump also blew the whistle at the 5 second mark. It's simple, if you're going to wind down the clock, keep one eye on the clock.
After watching the last two minutes of the game against Freo again, I have come to the conclusion that Balta & Cumberland should now be known as the “Wareness Twins”

Yeh not that hard. A couple of glances. Listen to the ump. Start walking in when the clock gets around 26 or 27 seconds.
You only have to start the runup, not actually kick it within the 30 seconds. He should have turned and started walking towards goal.

Why because his was the last (well 2nd last) stuff up of the match? What if he did that in the 1st quarter? No-one would be saying boo.
Balta has the talent and the body for AFL. He just needs to get some awareness around the ground more then he will be complete

That's the issue. If he was 75kgs and 181cm tall he wouldn't be on an AFL list.
He is a pure athlete with minimal knowledge of the game.
He needs a full time coach like Choco Williams to turn him into the great footballer.

Agree with that first thing for me his to heavy needs to trim down.
Didn't Dimma once say that Noah could be anything, he just doesn't know it ?
Dimma also said that RCD was Dangerfield like in potential. I think Balta needs to get his head out of his arse and just go back to basic. Been meh for 2 seasons now

But agree where's the development at this club.
Unless they top 10 picks or desperate kids off the Rookie list many show minimal improvement.
He doesn’t have the footy IQ to be thrown everywhere. Put him at CHB and leave him there. Gone from looking like the next superstar defender… to treading water without a position.
