Tremendous poise. Great recruitment. Once FJ starts nailing the taller and later picks consistently then watch out competition.

Oh and did I mention that having our own stand alone 2nds team next year will fast track junior development... 2015 look out! Choco please stay!

great great game today....cant wait to see ellis arnott cona and flossy over the next few years...imagine this guys running alongside a older more mature dusty, cotch n lids,......wow....stay together kids,..good times are coming and flags will be flying

Me too I thought he was great, his ball winning and use was a highlight and he found himself one out with the Sydney monster forwards and held his own - great kid.

Again I thought he was one of the bright lights yesterday. Really happy with this selection.

Yep, for a first year player is performing outstandingly. With his attributes he has a very high ceiling.

How good was that mark running with the flight of the ball into the defensive goalsquare!

Got votes from me today that mark he took full on courage and he is generally a very good player

Not getting as much as the ball as earlier in the year but his class is still shining through with ball in hand.

Positives signs for when he builds a tank. Said it before but he reminds me so much of Jimmy Bartel. I'd take a brownlow.

As we were walking through Yarra Park in heaven's tears of joy after the game the old man said this bloke's the best first-year player we've had in a loooong time.

Since Martin? I said. He's better than Martin was, Dad reckons. I didn't argue, just smiled.

Was a ripper mate. Hard to believe he is a first year player.

Tough and absolutely fearless. Will be a lynchpin of the side in years to come.

Imagine when he becomes a permanent mid, he has the scope to become a genuine A grader.

You cant have enough big bodied gun midfielders.

He was off the boil a bit for a few weeks, which is no crime for a first year player.

But hes back now. Another very good game.
