Nick Vlastuin

Abbey Holmes. Laura Kane. Kane Cornes. Gill and the Dill. These are the kinds of people who select the All Home and Away Supercoach Points team. They'd be hard pressed to watch two games per week. They go off stats. They don't consider finals. They submit to groupthink. The All Home and Away Supercoach Points team is meaningless.

Spewart has more AA's, Nick has more Premiership medallions, I know which I'd rather have.:))

Vlas is one of the most composed backman under pressure I have ever seen. And to the fool that says he isn't offesive enough I remember posting a stat a few years ago , he was No.1 in score launches from our backline (more than than many's lovechild Short). His decision making and use is usually precise and neat. No fumbles, no panic.

A star, a great of the Richmond FC.

To be fair to The Ump he was commenting why Nick doesn't have an individual media award.
It may not be welcomed here but its a truth he doesnt have an AA even if he's been elite for many years.

He's looked injured the last 2 weeks. Maybe a rest is what he needs

How true, I don't doubt at all his skills, courage & luv for the jumper, reckon he just needs to stem his blatant infringements resulting in free kicks. We know the umps distaste for anything black & yellow so needs to be more mindful of perhaps umps positioning to catch him out.

Last five weeks have been a significant drop off in production, hasn't got over 20 touches and looks like he is labouring.

Was an All-Australian lock then, not so much now.

Just having a read of the posts about Vlastuin in his first year.
Not much has changed, Tigger is still getting screwed by the dumpires 12 years later.
