In summary, he can accept a $1500 sanction with an early plea.

Rance absolutly said those two words just after being asked if he was ok to take the free kick. He was still dry heaving at the time - how the hell is what Franklin done not a strike??

Franklin. Well what did we all expect. Has form using that technique to the throat until he seriously hurts someone well then it's too late. Has form against Rance. Plays the dirty sniper against him. He doesn't realise that just fires Rance up.
