yep. to get the wrong player is one thing but then to claim it was the kids debut as well is another.

Manson - 113 goals 79 points - 58.85% accuracy, nowhere near the worst ever

He's kicking style looked so akward. How he managed to kick goals is beyond me.

Aling the same lines on the Foxtel coverage our ex-coach (Spud the dud) at one stage said the Helbig had done something in the Melbourne game - Helbig wasn't playing I think he meant Webberley.

Probably got the players confused when he was our coach

Wouldn't suprise me.

I posted this elsewhere but seems appropriate here.

From last Sunday's game Greg Baum reported in The Age that Colin Sylvia "stands to become the first player suspended for hitting the post."

Apparently "Matt Dea was subbed because of injury three minutes before three-quarter-time" against Adelaide, when in fact he was withdrawn from the team. It was O'Reilly who was subbed off.

Maybe its those thousand monkeys taking a break from Shakespeare.

the Age website article about yesterdays game has an extended bit about Dea being subbed off in the 3rd quarter.

Michael Clarke in a watchful mood on the final day of the match against a Sri Lankan Board President's XI in Colombo on Saturday.

Unlike Clarke, the Age subbies are not in great form.
