Would we consider it? Apparently Saints have shown some interest in Gomez (can't think why?).

I am not saying to get any specific player Tora - just that we should not rule that out all together. It would need to be the right player though and not some hack that we seem willing to pick up most years. No disrespect meant to you.
 
If St Kilda want him and are willing to pay all or the bulk of the last year of his contract with the RFC it would be worth taking whatever the club could get. I wouldn't accept another broken down player like McGuire, though. As someone else said picks only. I can see why the Aints want him though. McMahon is a front runner, for a side like St Kilda he'd be a decent finisher.
 
I'd trade Sanchez for Jeff Sarau. Just get him off our list please. $320K is a joke for such a dud.
 
I must admit to being a little fatalistic. All I've seen in the last few weeks from McMahon are errors (including that goal after the siren :).

Don't know how the saints cansustain their interest.

Guys of Gooses age have the experience to not be infected by the incompetence of our football department.
 
FFS, I'd trade McMahon for the stale biscuits in the St Kilda tea room. Just *smile* this guy off - pathetic.

McMahon is a :star and StKilda would be lucky to have such a talented and inspirational player.
